Nepali Congress Joint General Secretary Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat has said that the code of conduct related to the General Convention will not be implemented until the number of active members is decided. After party president Shri Sher Bahadur Deuba formed leadership in departments, various leaders have raised the issue of code of conduct. Senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel’s has accused Deuba of violating the code of conduct by forming the leadership of the department.
